IJT Track & Field

This is our Inderkum Jr Tigers track and Field sports offering. We will teach the kids how to run, hurdle, jump and or throw in the sport of track and field. This is a great way to stay in shape and improve on speed and strength. This is a low stress sport and you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.
