2025 Girls Flag Football League - Spring 2025

This is the Inderkum Jr Tigers NFL All girls 5vs5 Flag football league.

The season will begin with free training sessions In March and the first game will be Sunday, April 6 with the playoffs and Championship games being played Sunday, May 18th.

Ages 7-18HS

Season Outlook

Free Training sessions: March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

First practice March 24th

Team sizes will be 5-10 player rosters max to ensure everyone plays.

2025 IJT 6U FOOTBALL - Fall 2025

IJT 6U FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Rookie Level -  With this level we work to develop all the necessary skills and basic fundamentals of the sport in order for the players to understand how the game is played. We want the kids to have fun while learning the sport of tackle football in a safe and low pressure atmosphere in order for them to love the game rather then being runoff from it. They will have modified schedules against other 6u teams in the greater Sacramento area, and those in the first grade will have the opportunity to play in a game or 2 with our JPW for experience purposes or even to be promoted up if we and you the family feel your player can handle it. These practices will be an hour and a half long but hard work is still expected in order to push the players to be the best version of themselves.

• $50 Non Refundable fee
• Practice Gear
• Helmet
• Shoulder pads
• Game Jersey
• Game Pants
• Maintenance (practice field, equipment)
• Insurance
• Referee Fees
• $25 Sibling discount

Included in your football registration fees are the following:

• $50 Non Refundable fee

• $100 Parent Volunteer Fee -(Refunded upon completion of 8 hours of volunteer time or player being disenrolled prior to cutoff date)

• Game Jersey
• Game Pants
• Hudl Account (access to our game film and our opponents game film)
• Videographer (regular season and playoff games)
• Maintenance (practice field, equipment)
• Insurance
• Referee Fees
• EMT’s on site for all games

2025 IJT CHEERLEADING - Fall 2025

Jr Tiger Cheerleading program ages 4-14 & K-8th

Included in your cheer registration fees are as follows:

• $50 Non Refundable fee
• $100 Parent Volunteer Fee -(Refunded upon completion of 8 hours of volunteer time or cheerleader being disenrolled prior to cutoff date)
• Cheerleading uniform (New CHeerleader or Replacement Uniform)
• -Full Uniform Fee: $150     
      -Uniform (shell & skirt), kick shorts, cheer liner (Fee must be included with new participants order)
• Returning cheerleaders can buy individual items as needed
• Pom Poms
• Cheer bows
• League competition fee
• Facility fees
• Insurance fees
• Storage Fees
• EMT Fees
•  If squads advance past league competition and you decide to compete in Nationals, additional fees will need to be collected from you the parent for participation.
