What you will need for practice:
-Regular running shoes. We will be practicing on a dirt track
-Water for water breaks
-Wear sweatpants, joggers or shorts with a t-shirt or sweater dependent on weather
Workouts will be light as we work up to more intense workouts as the season progress'
