This is the Inderkum Jr Tigers 7vs7 football league.

We have joined our SAC leagues 7 vs 7 season and will be competing against other SAC teams in this 7 vs 7 style of play with a set schedule. You are required to purchase your own headgear which is required for play during the season.

Levels of play:MIDGETS (14U) / JR MIDGETS (13U) / PEEWEE(10-11U)

2025 Girls Flag Football League - Spring 2025

This is the Inderkum Jr Tigers NFL All girls 5vs5 Flag football league.

The season will begin with free training sessions In March and the first practices will be Sunday, April 6 with the playoffs and Championship games being played Sunday, June 1st. We will be doing double header 5vs5 NFL flag rules. Games will be held at Inderkum High School stadium. Practices will be held at NP3 or coaches desired location. If you are a woman interested in coaching the free training sessions are also a good way to gain knowledge of the game, so you can help train and coach the girls during the season as well, we highly encourage your participation.

2025 IJT 6U FOOTBALL - Fall 2025

IJT 6U FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Rookie Level -  With this level we work to develop all the necessary skills and basic fundamentals of the sport in order for the players to understand how the game is played. We want the kids to have fun while learning the sport of tackle football in a safe and low pressure atmosphere in order for them to love the game rather then being runoff from it. They will have modified schedules against other 6u teams in the greater Sacramento area, and those in the first grade will have the opportunity to play in a game or 2 with our JPW for experience purposes or even to be promoted up if we and you the family feel your player can handle it. These practices will be an hour and a half long but hard work is still expected in order to push the players to be the best version of themselves. 

Included in your football registration fees are the following:

• $50 Non Refundable fee

• Helmet
• Shoulder pads
• Game Jersey
• Game Pants
• Maintenance (practice field, equipment)
• Insurance
• Referee Fees
• $25 Sibling discount

Included in your football registration fees are the following:

• $50 Non Refundable fee

• $100 Parent Volunteer Fee -(Refunded upon completion of 8 hours of volunteer time or player being disenrolled prior to cutoff date)

• Game Jersey
• Game Pants
• Hudl Account (access to our game film and our opponents game film)
• Videographer (regular season and playoff games)
• Maintenance (practice field, equipment)

2025 IJT CHEERLEADING - Fall 2025

Jr Tiger Cheerleading program ages 4-14 & K-8th

Included in your cheer registration fees are as follows:

• $50 Non Refundable fee
• $100 Parent Volunteer Fee -(Refunded upon completion of 8 hours of volunteer time or cheerleader being disenrolled prior to cutoff date)
• Pom Poms, Cheer Bows, and Non-Refundable League Competition Fee

 
Uniform Fee - New Cheerleaders (REQUIRED) / Replacement Uniform

• Full Uniform Fee: $150 (includes shell, skirt, kick shorts and cheer liner)

Returning & New cheerleaders can buy individual items as needed:

• Warm-ups
• Cheer Backpack
• White Cheer Shoes (you may purchase yourself, but must be approved by Cheer Director and/or Assistant Cheer Director) 

•  If squads advance past league competition and you decide to participate in Nationals, additional fees are required.
